This job in Manchester was to create chests of drawers a cabinet and double wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors. The brief from the customer was to create as much storage space as possible in the master bedroom. We had a blank wall to work with, which made for a really easy design process. The bedroom was not particularly large as you can see from the plan below, but we were able to maximise the space available.
The bedroom had to contain two four drawers chest units for added storage. A double cabinet with shelves inside and a space for a 46″ TV screen. on the right the design incorporated a double wardrobe. Sliding doors were selected to save space. Opening wardrobe doors would have intruded into the room. The use of mirrored sliding doors gave the extra benefit of opening up the bedroom to make it feel larger. The wardrobe hanging choice was a novel decision. On the right to be full length hanging, useful for long dresses. On the left hand side there was double hanging to maximise the use of space. Assembling The Drawers Cabinet And Wardrobe
The build for our fitters was very straightforward. Many of the pieces of wood were machined and cut prior to delivering to site. Our experienced fitters were then able to get on with the job without hindrance. We were fortunate the space for the drawers, cabinet and wardrobe had been cleared by the customer. We had an empty space to work in.

Once the assembly work started and the bedroom began to take shape we were able to apply the finishing touches to the bedroom furniture. There were to be top shelves built in to the units. Four spotlights were spread out evenly in the wardrobe to give it that extra luxurious touch. White gloss doors and drawer fronts with Bow handles were installed. The wardrobe has mirrored sliding doors.
Once finished we were able to hand the new bedroom over to the happy customer. The task of creating chests of drawers a cabinet and double wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors was achieved.
